Summary: The over all stay was good, it had stormed that night and the rain was beating against the side of the building pretty hard. It ended up leaking into our room, and I woke up with some of the floor and the rug sopping wet. I went to the front desk to let them know the situation. They were more than accommodating, offering to switch rooms. Which I had politely declined because it was about 3am and we were out the door pretty early. Also asked if I had needed anything else before I headed back upstairs. Over the stay was not terrible. Despite what had happened we would return back.

Summary: Amazing stay with greast surrounding amenities. The price cant be beat for what you get, you can stay here or at the comfort in for the same price. Absolutely recommend

Summary: Staff is friendly but overwhelmed. At night there would only be one person working in the whole hotel.

Summary: The room was nice, staff was friendly and it was in walking distance to anything downtown. They also offer valet at 25$ per day which made it easy to not have to look for parking spots. :) Breakfast was also pretty good!!!

Summary: Beautiful hotel located close to downtown Omaha. Located near the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. We were able visit the Wicked Rabbit Speakeasy next door- which was amazing. Great stay, great staff and great location. Highly recommend.

Summary: Location was exceptional for the Orpheum and Just a short walk to the Old Msrket, Art Deco decor, lovely! Quiet room. Bathroom lighting could be better for makeup application. Bed was soft, Overall recommend. Lovely staff.

Summary: Carlos was so welcoming! Which set the tone for our stay. The location of the hotel is great if you’re catching a show or spending time at the Old Market. Gym space is not large, has 2 treadmills but only 1 works.
