Summary: I really enjoyed my time at this stately hotel. The staff are beyond helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the baths were just what I needed after a long day exploring the region. The restaurant was able to accommodate my gluten-free needs for breakfast and the shuttle bus from Motohakone was great. This is a region that needs to be experienced and this is the place to do it in comfort.

Summary: Awesome onsen and beautiful garden. Nice location next to Lake Aishi with a good restaurant and nice little shop. Room was ok, but purposely didn't spend much time in there. Would stay again.

Summary: The stay went very well. The sights and scenery were elite and remarkable. The food service was well put together and efficient. I appreciated that the hotel works with a luggage delivery service and helped make the stay a little more convenient apart from trying to send the luggage to Narita airport the day before we left and they were unable to. The hotel and the room were beautiful and the view from the room was great

Summary: Hotel room has a good view facing lake and is clean. The breakfast is very limited. It is hard to get around, very hard to call a taxi. The hotel has a shuttle bus to bus station.
