Positive: The view from the roof top pool was stunning. The pool itself was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast selection was plentiful

Negative: Being hustled by several boat trip employees as we approached the hotel.

Positive: The lady at reception was amazing and she went out of her way to help in a medical emergency we had. The breakfast was great. We loved having a view of the lake. The recommendation of local things to do were great.

Negative: The spa was an extra £10 which we were not made aware of but wanted to use the facility. Unfortunately the steam or hot tub and salt room was not working. The only spa room that was working was the sauna.

Summary: We would highly recommend the hotel.

Positive: Great room , good restaurant, rooftop bar, great atmosphere and most of all the staff were so helpful patient showing us what where and how to do things in the area and arranged for us a very nice private boat tour on the lake.

Negative: It was really a perfect stay !

Positive: We felt very warmly welcomed during our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional – whether at the restaurant, the Skybar, or the reception. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant throughout. A real highlight was the Skybar: the view from the top is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset – a perfect spot to unwind with a drink. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Positive: A spotlessly clean modern hotel, with super helpful staff, large rooms with comfortable beds, beautiful views and a great rooftop pool. Breakfast has a good selection of high quality food. Spa is exceptional - you reserve it by the room so you have it to yourself! Dajan the Manager is always on hand making sure his guests have all they need and is prepared to go the extra mile for you. Fantastic location in the centre of town right by the boats. Excellent value for money.

Negative: Can't say there was anything I didn't like, but some small tweaks like matting on the slippery spa floor, and having water available in the spa and gym would have been appreciated.
