Positive: Really, the only game in town if you want nice & modern. And, one of the most important things is it has a elevator. Maramag is very rural and the closest larger town is Valencia City. But, you still can't get better hotel. Shopping, yes. But, not hotel. Exceptional hot water and pressure for showers Relatively quiet, but still roosters wake you. Maramag is very small and few options for good shopping or dining. Hotel has a nice restaurant on the top floor, but closed for Christmas dinner because of hotel Christmas party. No advance notice to guests. So, we had Christmas dinner at Jollybee...not good, coz all of Maranag was there and took one hour to get bad, cold tasting food. One other complaint is although we prepaid for three days, we had to renew our key cards daily. Overall, happy with our time there and will stay again.

Positive: Its quite the usual hotel I have been. It’s comfortable.

Negative: I like the property. It just so happen that the staffs are not aware that it’s already past 10:00 pm and yet they still laughing out loud and squeaking, uninformed? That they have a room/guest nearby. I don’t know but they should be well behave during that time.

Summary: It’s quite the expected and I just love the hot shower is funtional. A slight flaw is the cabinet where it should be fix
