Positive: Staff provided excellent customer service. Property far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return here. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from train station. Also, free breakfast & free drinks in refrigerator in our room.

Positive: We were picked up at the train station by the hotel’s electric car. Our room was upgraded. The reception staff were very friendly. A welcome chocolate was waiting for us in the room. The pillows were very comfortable. There is a ski storage room. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Matterhorn Express lift. From the balcony of the rooms on the third floor, you can see the mountain.

Negative: At breakfast, all the hot food (sausages, eggs, mushrooms, bacon, vegetables, and pancakes) is placed in pots with opaque lids, which is not very convenient. In the two-story room, the staircase is very steep. The spa is very small and there is no hot sauna — you have to go to the hotel across the street. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel.
