Summary: It was so disappointing that a four stars hotel doesn't afford daily room service, all they did was changing the towels without touching any other part of the room, not even the beds were done! Also, we weren't even offered a bottle of water, and there was a tax to pay in case we wanted to eat at the lounge... the room was cold and no heating system was available, the hair dryer works only few minutes and stops for like half an hour! I really expected a better service given the price.

Summary: The room was lovely and clean but the food at the bar where horrible.Breakfast was one of the worst we ever had,it was inedible I would say .Such a shame as the hotel room was actually really nice .

Summary: The rooms need major renovation and Maintainance. The doors were making squeaky noises and hard to open. The rooms had a bad smell as well. From outside and the lobby it was good but rooms need major maintenance. The location is bit far from major attractions and the front desk are always busy so they need more people definitely. No one picks up the phone from front desk .

Summary: The hotel matched the photos exactly. Everything was in order and met our expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. There is a beautiful large yard, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The only issue we encountered was in the bathroom. The shower area had an unpleasant odor, likely due to a loose tile under the shower. Water had accumulated beneath it, and stepping on it occasionally caused dirty water to surface. Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very positive. Given the high standard of the rest of our stay, I still believe the hotel deserves a 5-star rating

Summary: I paid 160 euros online for a room (booked on the day of arrival). When I was checking in there was a man next to me booking a room "on the spot" and that charged him 80 euros. I was shocked... Half the price of what I paid and the hotel is definitely more of a 80€/night kind of hotel than 160. My room was on the first floor so it's not like a had a nice view or whatsoever. The room didn't even have a desk to sit at and work (I was there for business). I wanted to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant terrace but that was not possible because there was a corporate event and only people from the event were allowed on the terrace
