Positive: Conveniently located in the centre of the Kranj town, which is nice and full of interesting tourist locations. Free parking. Nice view from the breakfast room.

Negative: Disappointment was the dinner - we were only told, that it "starts around 6 o 7 P.M", and at 20:10, the restaurant was already closed. We had to find a restaurant in town - which in the end had better food for a better price !

Summary: Overall good hotel, but rather expensive for the service level.

Positive: The location and the staff was excellent. Pretty ok for an overnight stay.

Negative: Unfortunately, there was an issue with humidity in that room. The bathroom ceiling had visible mold in several areas, and the overall atmosphere felt damp. Although the sheets and duvets were clean, they felt moist due to the humidity in the air. Better ventilation or a solution to address the humidity problem is definitely needed.

Positive: The reception personnel and the cleaning staff were professional, polite, and helpful throughout the stay.

Negative: I stayed for a week in the Suite Deluxe under two separate reservations. The main suite was spacious and comfortable, but lacked basic amenities expected at this level and price point: no fridge, no chairs on the large terrace, no coffee or tea maker, and not even a bottle of water provided. The breakfast experience was disappointing – some of the staff were generally rude and unprofessional. Cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor breakfast area floors started before breakfast time had ended, making guests feel rushed. The selection of sweets was very poor (only one option), and after the bus tour groups had eaten, most items were basically empty. The quality of the coffee was so bad that we ended up having breakfast in nearby bars most mornings — despite paying €205 per night. The hotel clearly focuses on bus groups and gives little or no attention to individual travellers.

Positive: The breakfast was great but the dinner was expensive, 18€ per person plus extra for drinks. Staff were very professional and helpful and friendly.

Negative: Pillows were very big and not comfortable. I asked for a bath in 1 room but the reception said they didn’t know the difference between a bathroom and a shower. No bath. Room very outdated and a small fan for sir condition.

Summary: Very relaxing but i think for the money they charge, we will probably give this a miss next time
