Summary: Ramesh, lobby manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. We have been to this hotel many years. They will help you with all of your needs. Please give this hotel a try. You won’t be disappointed. Very nice cleaning staff.

Summary: Most of the outlets in The room didn’t work, washroom smelled a bit, the heat didn’t work, the breakfast food was terrible, and the service was also poor throughout. Save your money. This is not a 5 star.

Summary: Room was pretty dirty , tables had black dirt , linens were not clean and had black and brown spots . They have glass water bottles which they fill with “ mineral” water and seal it . Charge for any extra water . Breakfast bakery items were terrible with no taste . Servers barely came and asked how were things . Not happy with visit , not recommending!

Summary: Well positioned hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with view of Taj Mahal. The bar and restaurant opening times were incorrect on the website which made it difficult to coordinate and book transport. Amazing food and drink and service in the bar and Checkers Restaurant.
