Positive: Value for money accommodation 35 mins from airport Near aquarium which is great Near central park mall Smaller mall next door

Negative: Room service was expensive 230000 rp for a pizza Menu said 180000 and we thought that was expensive Some fixtures didnt work properly Some work has been finished off poorly But that is why it is a good price I think We would stay again due to price, I just think its good to know these things as it looks high end

Positive: We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta, and the hospitality of the staff truly stood out. Despite our very late arrival due to a delayed flight, the front desk team welcomed us warmly and handled our check-in efficiently and with genuine care. Their helpful and courteous attitude made a great first impression and immediately put us at ease after a long day of travel. The room, while a little dated in terms of decor, was well maintained. Everything was in good working order. Overall, the excellent service and thoughtful hospitality more than made up for the older furnishings.

Negative: The room and bathroom showed their age, with noticeably dated decor and very dim lighting—even with all the lights turned on—giving the space a somewhat gloomy feel. That said, everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, which we truly appreciated despite the need for an update.
