Negative: There is no elevator so if you’re room is on the 2nd floor you have to carry your luggage up a flight of steps.

Positive: The room, baclony, and lakeview were lovely. The breakfast was magnificent - try the scrambled eggs made to order - the best we have ever had.

Positive: We were delighted with our lake-view and found the room very clean and comfortable. Sitting on our balcony overlooking the lake was peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast was good, with a fair spread. Lovely to sit on the balcony with lake view for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Negative: At breakfast I would have preferred a cappuccino made at the bar, rather than an automatic machine.

Summary: Excellent view in a peaceful area. Nice building that's been well maintained and cleaned.

Negative: The a/c system in the hotel was not working (on one of the hottest days of the year) so they sent us to another hotel(Ninfa). The other hotel(Ninfa) was very bland and outdated. the review is for them

Positive: Very friendly ladies working there and it was easy to check in and they promised me a room fridge for the room and they put one in the room for me no problems . If you have a car there's a supermarket 10 mins drive that also has a restaurant 😉 You buy drinks from the hotel and there's places to eat and drink around the lake as well as next door either side of the hotel.

Negative: It's a bit far from anywhere..There's a few restaurants around the lake etc but not much else..
