Summary: Staff was excelent, very helpfull in all matters......room was very clean, with a lot of space......its right in the middle of dowtown , close to all shops and restaurants...... on the not so bright side: door key was tricky, no elevator to second floor ( well there is , but is a service elevator)

Summary: This is a gorgeous, well located hotel with an amazing staff and excellent restaurant. Only one drawback- despite exquisite fixtures, both our rooms lack sufficient lighting for reading.

Summary: The staff at this hotel is the best we have encountered anywhere in our travels. They are friendly, attentive, courteous, and go above and beyond for their guests both in the restaurant and at the concierge desk. The only negative is that the lighting in the rooms could and should be improved. The rooms are quite dark so difficult for reading. Also it would be nice to have a comfortable side chair. The beds and linens are very high quality and very comfortable.
