Summary: Gorgeous quiet grounds, staff super attentive to all needs from pizza to pharmacy run. Delicious chocolate cake for my wife’s birthday. Gin and tonics ran up the stairs to poolside ASAP. Included breakfast under heaters on the lawn delicious with fresh squeezed green juice and wake up Bloody Mary. Jennifer and Millie excellent!

Summary: My husband & I visited for 4 incredible nights. We really enjoyed the exclusiveness of this boutique hotel. Our room was incredibly spacious, well furnished & extremely comfortable. Even lounging on our private patio with city views was charming. The staff at every level were accomodating & always pleasant - from helping with restaurant reservations to arranging a driver for a wine tour to heating the hot tub at our whim! The grounds were immaculate & photo worthy. They even have a gym & spa (we got couples massage). We have very fond memories & plan to return again.

Summary: The property at Casa Cien is dreamy! A lovely garden and pool in a quiet setting and a great location. The staff was unbelievable! They helped us with so many things: organizing Mariachis for my husband's birthday, ordering beautiful flowers just to my specifications, booking dinners, massages, etc. The breakfast on the patio was delicious and a lovely way to start the day. Nellie, Samantha and Aldo were there to take care of us all of the way, as were the rest of the crew- thank you!

Summary: Beautiful gardens, relaxing environment and incredible staff that really care. The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed our time staying here very much. The only thing I would change would be some sound proofing. We could hear the phones in the office and people outside our room. We were equally concerned with how people could hear us! It's an old home, so I can see how it would be a difficult task to obtain given the configuration of the rooms. Also, while it was lovely having a balcony, it was far from private with the other guest sitting not two feet away from us on the covered porch. It's just a very small, intimate place and privacy seems to be a little difficult to find at times. The staff however makes great strides to respect your privacy and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable.
