Summary: Hotel was good, but it was farhmther away from the City center. Next time get a hotel closer to the cathedral. No restaurants or cafes located next to hotel.

Summary: The renovations affected the standard (severe drilling during day, no parking garage) but will be nice when finished. Friendly and helpful staff . Not possible to control temperature in room, so if you prefer to sleep colder than 23 degrees then it is an issue.

Summary: 24 hour manned reception which was helpful as we were late arriving. Because of renovations, parking was not available next to the hotel, but didn't prove a problem. Easy walking distance to the city centre and Reims Cathedral, and despite late hour, plenty of restaurants still open for dinner. Bed comfortable and linen and bathroom all spotlessly clean. Substantial breakfast inclusive of cereals, toast, croissants, juices and we lacked for nothing. Pleasant, helpful staff and a very convenient stopover for us as we drove through France to Italy.

Summary: Building work going on meant no real reception, no parking. Hotel was rather drab outside but my room had been recently refurbished and was good.

Summary: I didn't know the hotel was under renovation until I'd booked a non-refundable room! Romm itself was okay but the corridors were dirty due to ongoing building works. To make things worse, there was no internet during our stay. There are much better options in Reims. Avoid!
