Summary: This hotel has a fantastic location directly in front of the lake and next to the Puccini house in theater. The room is completely star off not even any art, but the bathroom was spacious. The reception desk was very helpful to us. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Booked months ahead, the owner should have warned us property was under construction. Dust and dirt everywhere and had to park 2 blocks away. Luckily the rest of our Italy trip was exceptional. This hotel was very forgettable.

Summary: We had a normal room (no suite) and the room was quite old, many things broken (wall borders, tiles) and very noisy (we could hear music from the other rooms and also the jacuzzi from the room above us). We were there in December and around the hotel it was a big construction area (no not much to see from the most likely beautiful lake area). The restaurant of the hotel was also closed (which was not mentioned when booking the hotel). Luckily the restaurant next door was open that day (with excellent food).

Summary: This hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved our room, Manon Lescut, the breakfast in the room was varied and plentiful and we really appreciated the late checkout. All in all a wander full stay, perfect for a night at the opera and a romantic date!
