Positive: The location was excellent as it is not far up the hill from the beach. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were excellent communicators helping us with transportation when our initial transportation plans were upended; they gave us great recommendations and were very attentive.

Positive: Clean, well kept and bright rooms. Pleasant, friendly staff. Good breakfast choice.

Negative: Lots of steps, lift only suitable for luggage. .”Lounge” area lacked comfort and atmosphere. No parking.

Positive: The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room had multiple shelves which acted as a dresser and also proved excellent for keeping our small bags off the floor.The location was excellent! A 10/10. Very central to restaurants, stores, and the beach.

Negative: There were too many stairs to get to the reception area and the rooms and only a very small elevator which is meant for one person and a suitcase. This was sometimes inconvenient as we had more than one person who needed to use it.
