Positive: Lovely relaxing hotel. Nice location with views and good breakfast. Only a 10 minute walk down to the waterside then another 10 mins into the beautiful old town. Had our own little outdoor table setting for afternoon drinks or the pool area. Lovely friendly staff.

Positive: The staff was exceptional - special mention to Anna at the reception who coordinated really well for our luggage to be picked up fm the ferry dock while we went for our tour to Stromboli and cowthr? At the dinner/ breakfast place - she was competent and pleasant. Place is really picturesque with beautiful balconies/ terraces. Pity we couldn’t use the pool and hot tub

Negative: The air conditioning wasn’t working - so that was a bit of a bummer. The access to the hotel has a narrow lane so if driving yourself, you have to be careful at the turns.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was conveniently located within walking distance of the main harbour and the town centre. The hotel exudes character and offers comfortable room sizes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. It was a great place to relax and cool off during the afternoon, especially when we couldn’t make it to one of the local beaches. The hotel also organised a day trip to White Beach, which was a fantastic experience. They provided a bus transfer and a booking with a local boat transfer to get us to the beach.

Negative: There’s nothing to fault, but the breakfast could have been better.

Positive: I would not choose this accommodation again – it was not welcoming at all in any sense. I didn’t particularly like the location. The room was reasonable, but the bathroom was very small. Far from both the city center and the beach.

Positive: Superb hotel with very good staff, helpful and knowledgeable, breakfast was good and the restaurant looked very nice. We had lunch which was very pleasant.

Negative: The only thing we can say is we are used to a slightly more comfortable softer bed !
