Positive: Room was newly decorated, breakfast was typical of hotel buffet style breakfast but well stocked and the breakfast room was clean and well maintained.

Negative: Even though the room was newly decorated, it was obviously done in a hurry. There were paint marks all over the bathroom floor and the shower handle in the bathtub was not attached firmly.

Summary: The hotel was the perfect location for us to attend our daughter's graduation from Boston College

Negative: Very noisy. AC and fridge were very noisy. And you could clearly hear the guest on the upper room walking.

Positive: Room somewhat dated but clean. Had minifridge and coffee maker. Covenient parking at hotel (fee appropriate). If that wasn't available, the local on-street parking in that neighborhood is impossible. Breakfast amenities on par with other hotel chains.

Negative: Nice large screen TV at breakfast but had vapid computer-generated picture of a pretty beach scene. Would have liked to see the morning news. I was the only patron at breakfast. When an employee switched the TV from the beach scene to a morning news program, he was told by other employee that management wanted to switch it back.
