Positive: We received excellent service at the Bom Amigo hotel. Highly recommended. The service was exceptional. The management and staff were very helpful. Although the location isn't the best, being inside the hotel is very nice. The interior space is pleasant and green. The rooms are new, very comfortable and clean. We felt very comfortable. An excellent place to rest.

Positive: The on-site restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, and while the room wasn't huge, it was wonderfully cozy, clean, and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Positive: The hotel is very close to the market, very central and quiet. Everything is at walking distance. The staff is very helpful. Very good food at the restaurant as well.

Negative: No fridge or kettle in the room but the staff can accomodate with appliances if needed.
