Positive: There are lots of choices for breakfast, which suits both Japanese and foreign guests. I especially like the grilled saba (fish). It's about a 10 minute stroll to the stadium or to the centre of the city. Staff are friendly, helpful and capable of speaking English. Coffee machine in the lobby.

Negative: It would be really good if the hotel offered rental bicycles. Tosu is pretty flat, there are not a lot of cars and the two main attractions (the football stadium and the Outlet stores) are easily reachable by bike, in my opinion.

Summary: Comfortable and clean.

Positive: The beds were comfortable, access to free tea was nice and reception helped arrange luggage delivery. Only 15 min walk away from supermarket, coin laundry and a couple food places. 20 min walk away from the train station with a great bakery and conbini. Would stay there again.

Negative: Rooms are tight if you have two big suitcases, TV was small and we ended up swimming in towels but all minor complaints. The room also wasn't the cleanest if you looked in the nooks and crannies. Overall well worth the money.

Positive: My stay at the hotel excluded breakfast. Hotel providing free parking space is one of the benefit.

Negative: Surrounding by industrial area, poor sound proof, inconvenience to explore around without car.

Summary: Good to stay just for transit.
