Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at Jacaranda Hotel. Ana from reception was very kind and helpful and guided me perfectly, explaining everything clearly and making me feel welcome. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. The room was large and spacious, the food was delicious and diverse, and the location is excellent, very close to the beach and all nearby shops. As a small suggestion, the outdoor pool was colder than expected, and the gym facilities could be improved. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Positive: It’s beautiful building, so much to do and the views are gorgeous from any place.

Negative: It’s dated but that adds to its charm. The WiFi is very slow though.
