Positive: Amazing hotel!! Our room was beautiful with a Matterhorn view. This hotel should be a 4star. The staff are incredible and so friendly. Location is excellent. Don’t hesitate to book a room here. Breakfast was really good and so varied.

Positive: Katja and her team were exceptional. From the pick up from the train station till we checked-out, hospitality was 5*. Staff were so friendly and this really made our stay memorable. The property is very well maintained and we could tell they took pride in it. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
