Negative: It is located very close to the train tracks and the can be loud at times.

Positive: It felt like we were in our own private resort. It felt like a mini vacation it was one on the most suprisingly, enjoyable places we've stayed. We came for a baseball tournament and everyone just can't wait to come back !

Negative: Honestly there was nothing we didn't like. I just can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer !
