Summary: I rented this house for co-workers who were working in the area for a week. Great house, very clean & great neighborhood. They will be returning to the area next week and requested to rent the house again. The only issue (more of a heads up) the pool has a pretty serious leak & its flooding the yard in one area.

Summary: The space was roomy enough yet quaint. Clean, easily accessible. Master bath is beautiful, I would suggest the furniture is re-organized for a better flow. And, some type of caution sign is placed on the steps between living room and kitchen. Several of the sisters tripped over the step, unconsciously. Also, the pictures on VRBO make the space seem larger than it truly is however it’s quaint and it’s comfortable. Also, it stated that there was parking for a RV however the garage was locked and there was only space for two cars. So, there’s a little confusion around that, however our stay was successful and I would give it 4 stars.

Summary: Nice location and easy access. No where to sit by pool:( Sleeps 6 but spoons for only 3. Tried to contact owners with no reply.

Summary: It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this place. Everything that was listed on the site was exactly how it was when I got there. If I stay in Modesto again, this is where I'll stay again.
