Positive: The stuff is helpful, the owner is willing to help, the view is garden. This place would be good if you have a car or motorcycle and already know what you want to do during your stay, keep the place as a place to sleep in only. or if you just want a place to relax in for a couple of days.
Negative: Accessing the place to take you stuff from the fridge is not 24/7, only if the staff are awake. The owner is doing the job remotely which makes it difficult to cope with. A lot of bugs and spiders are in the room and in the place around I don't know if they don't put pesticides. The Shkodra Lake is not easy to swim in except from going to a fancy restaurant which is 15 minutes-walk from the place. No busses can be found on google maps to go to the downtown in Shkodra, only the busses that the owner tells you about and they end at 7 pm. The owner could help you doing tours, anyways you can get better prices doing the same thing if you searched better.

Positive: very friendly hosts. close to the lake, highway and Shkoder. cozy room and good water pressure in the shower (I love that).
