Positive: The staff absolutely brilliant, great customer service, went above and beyond for us, check in was quick and easy, space to park, great value for money, a 3rd of what we have paid at other places, wellness centre is really good, and worth a visit, breakfast and dinner was nice. Free bottled water, great beds. Love the optional pillows great for a comfortable sleep. Thanks for looking after us so well.

Negative: Nothing, for the money it was spot on.

Negative: the hotel has four stars, but you wouldn't say that judging from the size of the room, which was rather on the small size and lacked amenities like a coffee maker or a mini fridge. the bathroom was not too big either.

Positive: Look like the hotel located in residential area. Not so easy to find. Staffs are very friendly and helpful!

Negative: No AC in the room, bed is too soft. Room is very small.

Summary: We booked 2 rooms, very bad there’s no AC, it’s too hot in the room.
