Summary: The owner of the hotel was extremely nice and courteous. The room was quiet and clean! The location was also perfect! Every morning he brought us breakfast to our room and it was the best way to start the day! We looked forward to seeing him every morning and our breakfast. We can’t thank him enough for everything! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Summary: Property was in a really good area so is perfect for anyone keen to be right in the heart of Caen. Super close to the bars and restaurants and like a 10 minute walk from historical sites. Biggest concerns with the hotel were the cleanliness of rooms. Found a used empty water bottle underneath my bed - from a previous guest, dust along sides of the room and on radiator pipe. Also lack of service is noticeable. When you check in or out you have to use a telephone to contact someone then grab a key yourself. Tried ringing the phone a couple times when checking out but didn't get through then got shouted at through the webcam.....

Summary: My wife and I stayed one night at the hotel and found the staff friendly. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the train station, restaurants and attractions. The room was nice and quiet and the fan was provided kept the room cool as they don’t have A/C. My only complaint was that I didn’t find the mattress comfortable and extra pillows would have been nice.
