Positive: Loved the spacious room especially for the price. Loved the decor and the AC. Loved that they had a coin laundry and iron in the room.

Negative: Breakfast wasn't the best....but it was average. Wish the dryer in the coin laundry was stronger. Had to dry my clothes for over 90 minutes and they still didnt dry before it was time for us to leave for our flight.

Summary: Great hotel and location.

Positive: Very spacious, conveniently located above the train station and a large shopping mall with numerous cafes, bakeries, and restaurants.

Negative: The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but that didn’t keep me from sleeping well.

Summary: Was only here for a day. Did a little sightseeing and headed to our next destination. Wished we could have stayed longer

Positive: Very practical accommodation if you plan to travel by Shinkansen towards Osaka or Shizuoka. The hotel is located directly above the train station, with a convenient shuttle bus connection from Haneda Airport. It offers fast and easy access to Tokyo, and with a JR Pass, train rides are free of charge. The laundry service was very helpful, and as a bonus, hotel lounge access was included. Uniqlo and many other shops are just a few floors below in the same building, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. A great place to stay both after arriving in Japan or before your departure.

Positive: Breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English very well. Lounge was a nice and quiet escape from the busyness of the train station. Excellent location to trains, restaurants, and shops. Hotel is located on top of a mall that is on top of Shin-Yokohama station so sometimes the restaurants inside the mall can get busy during the dinner rush.

Negative: I booked a room for three adults based on the website's picture showing three separate beds with space between them. Instead, we received a room with a double twin bed and a third bed crammed between the windows and the adjacent bed. This setup made it difficult to access the third bed, and the room felt cramped for three people. Given that I paid a premium for this room, I was disappointed with the lack of space and functionality.
