Summary: Very helpful staff, extremely clean and kept. Room was large and very well stocked. Large bathroom and a huge tub/shower combination. Heated underground parking. The food in the restaurant was outstanding! Great location for shopping and dining. Their soap, shampoo, conditioner, had a lovely fragrance, which I prefer. Excellent value for the money

Summary: Breakfast foods could have been a bit better maintained ... but I realize the front desk person was trying to double duty with both jobs which is a lot to expect

Summary: Very pleasant stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Nearby construction made it a little more difficult to access. Great paid parking. Convenient location.

Summary: Great room size and love that all rooms are on the 2nd floor and there are stairs (not emergency exit stairs) so no elevator waiting! The room and common areas are a little worn but overall clean and very easy to get comfortable in the room. The fireplace is the best (we visited in January).

Summary: Great hotel except one thing which prevented sleeping - the noise from the in house commercial laundry machines which operate late into night and early morning was. Unfortunately it was so bad it prevented sleeping.
