Positive: Everything was fantastic! Very welcoming and helpful staff, both prior to our arrival as well as while there. Room was cute and cosy and equipped with everything needed: kettle, cups, teabags, shampoo, shower gel etc All very clean and tidy. Delicious breakfast and location was great too. We had room 111 and it faced the Grand Canal with the train station right across the canal and the bus station in Piazzale Roma only 10mins away on foot. Ideal if you have luggages; no need to take water bus. We are very happy to have chosen this hotel. It merits more than 3 stars! It was a very special and pleasant stay. Many thanks indeed!
