Positive: Loved the grounds and the staff was excellent. The location was great and the room was comfortable and clean. Hot coffee available in the mornings and there is a security guard there 24/7.
Negative: The only two things I can say negatively is this. One, the address and map locator on Booking is completely wrong. It shows the location as further north, away from Callejon de La Rosa where it actually is. Google Maps has it located correctly. Be careful when using an uber or moto who isn’t familiar with the hotel. Two, on the morning of my checkout (checkout time is 10am) I was getting dressed at 9am when I heard someone enter the key and open the door lock. They tried to enter but I had used the inside door latch. They went away screaming at someone else. Obviously they were at the wrong room. This is the wrong way to enter a hotel room. They should always knock first and call out for anyone who might be there. Then knock again. So always latch your doors, and I hope management talks to the maintenance people about this. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Positive: The woman who greeted me when I arrived was terrific. She guided me to the room. She ordered dinner for me. She advised me on diarrhea medicines. I think she stayed after her shift was over to make sure I was ok.
Negative: The hotel is in town so you hear street noises, such as dogs barking. It was not a big problem for me, but for some people it might be.
Summary: Aside from personal health issues (which had nothing to do with the hotel), it was a terrific stay

Negative: No food ,paid for water,only black coffee in the morning,no bathroom mats,no cleaning done after requested as there were a lot of ants,in the morning was hungry but no breakfast facilities,they told to go out & eat which was far away , Swimming Pool was not functional
