Positive: + plenty of parking space + modern design of hotel + comfortable sofa in the room + standard hotel room
Negative: - I don’t understand payment method. I’ve added card to my booking and in booking there’s information that payment will be deducted from my card at any time via booking while in hotel at reception they wanted us to pay with cash or card claiming that it’s just secured booking with card. Booking says something other, but so far hotel didn’t take second payment via booking - AC doesn’t work. It seems to blow some air, but it’s not getting colder. However with 30+ temperature it was fine to sleep

Positive: I liked the room, the children's playroom, and the location.
Negative: Didn't like the fact that you couldn't find anyone at the reception, when we arrived we waited for someone to show up, when we were leaving there was no one there again. I also have a complaint about the breakfast, not enough replenishment in relation to the number of guests.

Negative: It was too hot, they even put extra heat when the temperarure outside was 20 degrees celsius. Soaps at bathroom shattered the shower was poor the hot water had no pressure etc
