Positive: Great location in the city's centre, has a beautiful surrounding atmosphere and is close to the chemist, bus station, supermarket, and a couple of bakeries. I have met the most friendly and helpful owners, Toni & Ema, and the lovely receptionist Sara, thank you for your kindness and welcome. Everything about the Apartment is exceptional, It was very clean, amazingly stylish, and roomy with excellent service where we had a breakfast buffet. The breakfast itself was great and great value for money with good choices and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds and everything that you need from, a kettle & hot drinks, cold drinks in the minbar to the hairdryer in the bathroom & wooden hangers in the wardrobe. I was very pleased with my stay hence my rating is 10 out of 10. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Keep up the outstanding work Velkov Apartments & good luck.

Positive: Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome, to how the room looked like, to the cozy lobby area, to the breakfast; to the way the owner showed us to a perfect and recommended restaurant. Definitely will go back again!
