Positive: Location: very peaceful countryside retreat, at walking distance from the village historic centre. Plenty of free parking. Extremely quiet at night with very little light pollution so you can enjoy the night sky view. Room: spotless, comfortable beds, with balcony overlooking the pool and the village on the background. Communal areas: spotless, cozy, with a touch of quirkiness Staff: most of them were friendly, easy going, polite and helpful
Negative: Decor: in need of a lick of paint, although everything was functional and clean AC in the room: made more noise than cooling. Room was not hot though, despite facing east and weather was hot and sunny, and had a lovely and very efficient old style ceiling fan

Positive: We had a lovely stay in Calitri! The pool was beautiful, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax, away from the crowds and large tourist areas.

Positive: Vito was more than helpful. He was able to understand our needs. He suggested great places for us to go to. The views were spectacular they showed the real calitri. As a large bonus he helped me to obtain important family documents. And breakfast was perfect. Thank you so much
Negative: We were very happy. Yes the hotel is a bit outdated, but calitri is old. It doesn’t have to be modern to enjoy it.
