Positive: We checked in really late, but the staff were super helpful from the start. The guy at reception was amazing, we had booked a double room, and he surprised us with a free upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi. Honestly, such a great gesture. The room was very spacious and spotless, everything felt fresh. Breakfast was delicious too, a really nice way to start the day. Also, the airport is very close, only about a 10–15 minute drive, which made things so easy for us. Overall, this is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Tirana. Would happily stay again.

Positive: Service was amazing, Dini was always on high alert, he even called us to find out if we were ok after worrying that he had not seen us all day, we've never experienced care like that before, we are now friends forever, amazing man. Others were also amazing, just that sometimes there was a language barrier but one could see they really tried to give the best service always. Breakfast was definitely 5 star, we are so grateful. We will definitely be going back and we recommend this hotel highly.

Negative: We went the wrong time, it was cold and wet and we found our room a little cold, though the room was perfectly decorated , absolutely beautiful, with a jacuzzi, amazing. Air conditioning is available making the room warmer after a while. Also, there wasn't enough alcohol choice, but that actually might be a good thing especially for us, we slept soundly and comfortable.

Summary: Amazing Stay, highly recommend it.

What stood out Impeccably clean and modern** with a subtle hint of elegance that made us feel pampered without being ostentatious. Outstanding staff**: Everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Excellent recommendation from Dini**: We rented a car and ventured beyond the city, and it was the best decision we made. Day trips and highlights Our drive took about an hour and forty minutes one way, but it was absolutely worth it. We visited: Castles with rich history Scenic beaches Serene lakes A breathtaking spot so beautiful that the journey felt worthwhile Overall impression Albania has firmly earned a place in our top 5 destinations, and the Ambassador will be our first choice when we return. Positive: This is our second time staying at this gorgeous Hotel Ambasada QTA and we awere very satisfied. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and very quiet if you are a light sleeper. Excellent location, just a stone through off Tirana centre, and very close to the airport. The staff are polite and always ready to help. I highly recommend this luxurious hotel with very affordable prices.
