Summary: Reception staff not particularly welcoming or friendly. Had booked a twin but got a double. Bar staff were more helpful to male customers than us.

Summary: What a loveley place to stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was a real treat, the bed was enormous and so comfy we slept really well. After exploring the city all day on foot a hot soak in the jacuzzi bath was perfect. Every body was welcoming, breakfast had a good choice well cooked and presented. We ate in the top floor bar our first night and the food was excellent and not expensive at all.

Summary: Our first time in Tirana, our family stayed at Mondial. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was helpfull at all times. Restaurant was great. The only issue we had was a bit with the noise from the street. It is well located, but in a very busy street.

Summary: We had a weekend trip at this hotel, and the overall experience was very good. The room standard was high, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. However, we felt that the staff could have provided more information during check-in. For example, we only later discovered that the hotel had its own car service to the airport (at a cost of 20 euros). This was not mentioned upon arrival and only came up when we asked the reception to book a taxi for us. The hotel’s restaurant and cocktail bar on the fifth floor were definite highlights. The food and drinks were excellent, and we rate the drinks 10/10! Unfortunately, we found the waitstaff to show little interest in upselling. It often took a long time to get their attention, and we would likely have ordered more drinks if the service had been more attentive. One waiter also spent quite a bit of time on his phone, which detracted from the experience. We stayed at the hotel in November, so the outdoor pool was closed. However, we can imagine that it’s a great spot to swim and enjoy the bar during the summer months. The hotel’s location is very central, with plenty of restaurants, cocktail bars, and grocery stores nearby.

Summary: Welcoming, accommodating front desk. Room was very spacious - had all amenities I needed. Good hot water in the shower. It's on a major street but has good soundproofing so did not hear traffic. A bit of a distance from the center, about a 20 minute walk to Skandenberg Square, but a pleasant walk with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel has rooftop pool and a sauna, but I did not use either. Breakfast had some good choices.

Summary: Had a lovely stay at the Hotel Mondial for a weekend in November. Got the family room with two rooms which had their own main door which was perfect for our requirements. Rooms were very spacious and clean and had a lovely sized balcony. Breakfast included - although sometimes a little cold.
