Summary: A good hotel on the whole, clean comfortable and felt safe, but let down by a shower that alternated between very cold and very hot and a unnecessarily protracted check out

Summary: Overall, the staff were incredibly nice, and the hotel was very clean. It was a hassle to bring in outside drinks, even water, which keeps it from just being shy of 5 stars. Overall, highly recommend

Summary: Arrived frazzled from Carthage after my flight out was cancelled having booked the room from the taxi on the way from the airport. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. This is a first class hotel with first class customer service. A ten out of ten.
