Summary: I had a lovely stay at Hotel Suisse! The staff especially were so lovely and helpful and the location was very convenient. I would definitely recommend!

Summary: It was difficult to find a restaurant open after 7pm in the area. Mostly just fast food places. The outside adjacent building was a bit noisy at night. Enjoyed the breakfast . Clean room and areas. **Especially helpful was the front desk person named Emma. She was attentive and made sure the guests were taken care of. I recommend her . Thank you, C. Sivyllis

Summary: Located in a kind of rough area but didn't feel unsafe. Definitely not 4 star but it felt clean and well appointed. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Summary: The breakfast was bad. Not all reception staff were friendly. I needed a taxi to go to airport at 2am. The staff was sleeping and it seemed like I woke him up and bothered him by my request.

Summary: We are from America and we really enjoyed the hotel. The price was 1/4 the price of the radisson and included breakfast for two! Bed was super comfortable, tv had tons of channels and ac worked well! Would definitely return. Try Le Terraza restaurant in the Medina for amazing vegetarian couscous!

Summary: This Hotel is amazing, very clean. We stayed for 3 nights as a family of four. Staff -5 star. Location - 5 star, close to medina and Habib Bourguiba Avenue, therefore, very central. Mr. Yahya at the reception is extraordinary, we had a small issue with our booking, but Mr. Yahya gave us a solution instantly. All other staff at the hotel were excellent. Will definitely visit again. Having breakfast at the Level 4 terrace was refreshing. Breakfast menu is simple and repetitive but does the job.
