Positive: Was extremely happy w my stay! Such helpful staff speaking Finnish, Swedish and English. Solid breakfast. Spacious + clean room. Tried the sauna + pool in the basement: very good (and I am judging on Finnish standards)! With the opportunity to borrow the bike, you can reach the city center in few minutes and it is not a long walk either. Located by the sea, and just a few steps from the Pommern + Maritime Museum (went twice). Also excellent value-for-money resto at the hotel w chill atmosphere, which seemed very popular with the locals as well. Will come again, and would recommend to anyone asking for recommendation on hotels in Mariehamn. Very good 3 star hotel.

Positive: First of all, due to the eraly seasonal closure of the Adlon, I was offerred accommodation at the same price at their sister hotel, the Pommern. This was definitely an upgrade! The hotel's location and services, excellent restaurant, free bike loan, very kind reception staff: all was perfect.
Negative: I have nothing to add or change here.
Summary: First choice hotel in the center of town.

Positive: Very quiet during night. Was provided a fan if needed. Shower was nice and relaxing. Extra pillow also provided without asking. Very clean. Breakfast was good. There were complimentary bikes that you could rent out, and also helmets. I took my bike from home but forgot my helmet, so being able to borrow a helmet was awesome.
Negative: The offerings in the hotel restaurant was were limited and the lady in the restaurant was very rude and was not interested in giving service. Indoor pool had ice cold water.

Positive: Breakfast was very good. The possibility to use the hotel's bicycles for up to four hours was great! Great value for money. Location was great.
