Positive: The location is great you can take a walk around very easy and close to the shopping center. The food was great and the staff was friendly.

Negative: Well. The room was small and the bed was not to good. There was a hole on the wall . I talk about it with the staff but there was nothing they can do. Disappointed about that

Positive: The breakfast is not bad, but the location is amazing and the neighbourhood is peaceful, because just at the west of the building, there is a police station. There is a Lotte just 5 min walking, to the north, and it has all you need. Under the Lotte, there is a metro station that connects you everywhere easily. On weekends, on the street located at the east of the building, there are little carts of street food that are amazing and with incredibly friendly people. The views of the restaurant, which is located in the floor 24, are amazing.

Positive: The beds were comfortable and the location was good. The staff were very helpful.

Negative: The toilet blocked and wouldn’t flush. The laundry room had broken machines which had flooded the floor so we couldn’t do our laundry. The breakfast wasn’t great but was served in a beautiful dining room.

Negative: There are only 3 elevators for 34 floors, in the morning it's very difficult to get into one A/C wasn't working in my room, it was very hot, and cleaning lady closed the window
