Positive: Bathroom door is a sliding door with no latch, pretty much we didn’t like anything in the room. Landscaping inside hotel is nice, I think that they concentrated more on the landscaping looking than the rooms.
Negative: Rooms weren’t nice at all. There was a very annoying like sliding door or bed tapping all night long, we hardly got any sleep. You could feel it right in your ears.

Positive: Nice place close to the main party/shopping street. Nice rooftop pool. Nice staff, clean rooms with balcony. Inner part of the building was green and full od plants - it was pretty.
Negative: Wifi was really weak, light in the "bathroom"(sink corner) wasn’t bright enough and the view from the pool was on the abbandoned old building.

Positive: Staff was very attentive to all my needs. Hotel located in quiet section of the main tourist section of avenida 5. Hotel clean and relatively quiet during the morning hours. Breakfast was good, and room amenities were adequate. The room A/C is great!!
Negative: The room should have light switches on each side of the bed as well as an electrical outlet. Only one side of the bed had an electrical outlet. The Wi-Fi was weak a few times in the room on the 2nd floor. I believe the the T.V. could be a bit larger, at least a 42 inch for the size of the room. The room didn't have a small refrigerator but not too big of a deal.

Positive: The room was very spacious. The young guy at the front desk was very very friendly and helpful. Also the young security guys with the restaurant staff. We like the plants in the middle of the building and also the opportunity to rent bikes (even though we didn't get to go bike riding). The hotel is very well located! Like you are a few steps from Quinta Avenida!
Negative: Unfortunately, during our stay the elevator was not functioning. The bar at the rooftop is open until 2pm. The room was not properly clean.

Positive: Location was good - not in the middle of the 5th avenue so the area was more chill. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel - but the time i was there was very pleasant: the pool small but comfortable, the room spacious and clean
