Positive: The restaurant Tegel, in connection to the hotel was really good. Great staff, friendly and good service. Breakfast was excellent. The spa was clean, the surroundings to the hotel was beautiful and it was a great location.
Negative: Arriving to the hotel reception was unorganized, first we had to wait 5-10 min before anyone showed up, even though the personnel had seen us arrive. Total confusion upon arrival regarding Spa time (which was not available until 3hours later) no concrete information regarding if the restaurant had anymore seating. (the receptionist was not very good) The spa lacked both bathing salts, cold water tub, saunas should be bigger.. I would like to come back, it looks like they are remodelling there spa area for the better and the Hotel is still under development.
Summary: Great, but i'll give it a year or two before I return

Positive: The location was right at the beach. It was nice to take a walk or a run. With the car it wasn't far to the city, but you do need a car to get around. The room had a decent size, was nice and light. The bathroom was also really nice and very clean.
Negative: The spa was okay, but nothing special and rather small. It had only one sauna and one steam sauna and no cold plunge except a cold bucket shower. It didn't feel nice enough to actually spend a relaxing time there. The breakfast was also just okay. There was no variety of bread and the bread that was offered seemed rather unhealthy. But the thing that bothered me the most is that, even though we had breakfast included, we were charged for extras we didn't know were extras. When entering the breakfast buffet an employee would ask for the room number, then hand you a card were you could write down the table number and select a few breakfast items like scrambled eggs and such. Apparently this was charged on top of the breakfast buffet costs, but no sign, nor the employee, nor the receptionist at the beginning mentioned that this will be extra and we only found out after our stay when my card was just charged. Lastly, we forgot some headphones in our room and noticed once we got back home. We immediately tried to contact the hotel, but haven't received an answer at all. The previous times when I contacted this email I received an answer right away. I contacted them before because I received a message from a scammer in the name of the hotel in my booking account messenger, after the hotel's booking account got hacked. So I made sure everything was still in order with the booking by reaching out via email.

Positive: Every is very perfect. New hotel in old building but everything is done in modern way, very clean, standard double room is not big but there is enough place for everything, bathroom is very cool, modern and there is everything what needed. SPA is not big, but the hotel is also not big, 2 kinds of sauna (classic one and stream), hotspot with bubbles, swimming pool, and massage for additional payment. The restaurant is big, well designed and decorated with very tasty food. One menu with different options for vegetarian, vegans. Highly recommend!!! Ve enjoyed staying in this place. By the way, there is a nice beach over the road.
Negative: The bed is too soft in the room. But many people like such bed.

Positive: A really good breakfast, with some buffet and some freshly grilled options. Fast and helpful staff. When something was left behind they contacted us and made sure we were able to retrieve it.
Negative: The cost was a little high, free access to the pool would have been a nice addition.
Summary: Nice, clean and modern room setup. Close to beach and docks.

Positive: The room was very pleasant, and there local was out of town in the residential area.
Negative: Restaurant was expensive and closed at 8, which was a problem when I arrive at 7 The food as limited and expensive, and a child was wandering around the tables - so on the hotel rooms are adult only Breakfast was included, but was dull and uninspiring
Summary: Would stay agin, but would take in my own dinner
