Positive: Very clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, generous breakfast with lots of choices, lots of parking, simple check-in, quiet at night even though close to the main road

Negative: most of the time no English-speaking staff was at the front desk; the toilet clogged, and no toilet brush or plunger was in the room; bed mattress was too hard for my taste - my back hurt in the morning
