Positive: It's an AirB&B. There was no breakfast. It's 15 minutes to nearest grocery store or restaurants. Beautiful country but no attractions (that I know of) nearby, Good, clean, functioning hot tub that we enjoyed. Decent deck where we enjoyed the the sun.

Negative: The cabin was very cold when we arrived. There is a pellet stove, but no pellets. Bedrooms had base board heat but nothing in living area except a very small space heater. We finally figured out that we could run the electric oven to get some heat. We were there for six hours before we could take our coats off. Sofa and chairs were small and low. Not very comfortable.

Summary: Dispite the shortcomings, we enjoyed the stay.

Positive: The location is great, nestled into the mountain area and very quaint.

Negative: The hot tub was not being properly maintained and my partner and I are now suffering from a bacterial skin infection.

Summary: The location and value for money was pretty good. But needs to be better maintained.

Positive: I like the pictures, property looked beautiful.

Negative: Upon arriving realized the house was located on an extremely steep slope, even sitting in the car was horrifying. After entering noticed the floor was giving way, felt like compromised floor joists, house is on stilts. Large turkey was dead in chair on deck with blood everywhere. Contacted property managers they told me to wait for a call back to see if I could get a refund. She called back and told me I needed to contact Booking. Called Booking they said I needed to contact them. The situation was traumatic enough there was not need for this property passing the buck!

Summary: Would not let my family stay here.

Positive: Stayed overnight when travelling on I-81. The Chalet exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for three couples. It was much more fun to stay together in one home - and more cost effective than three hotel rooms. Fireplace was a little tricky, but host was easily accessible. Had us up and going in no time. We had pizza from a local shop in Inwood, and it was excellent. Everyone I met in the town was friendly and helpful. Maybe we will return for a longer stay.

Negative: No complaints at all, but would suggest that the street number could be more clear to make initial search for the Chalet even easier.

Summary: The Chalet is indeed cozy and an excellent mountain getaway.
