Summary: Cabin was great we really enjoyed the outdoors particularly the cold nights in the hot tub. Only dislike was the beds. They were very uncomfortable.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect in the evenings after hiking. Place was clean and had all the kitchen items we needed to have dinners there. Loved our stay!! Close to lots of hiking and water activities.

Summary: We arrived to a Big Blue sewage truck pumping out the sewage tank the bathroom floor was still wet, im assuming from a toilet backup. The floor could probably stand to be replaced and if you expect a shower for longer the 4-5 minutes forget it #smallesthotwatertank

Summary: My husband and I loved staying at Gunnar’s Place! I the amount of space inside the Chalet exceeded our expectations. We did not cook any meals here but there was plenty of cookware, tableware, utensils, etc. to accommodate a group of people. The hot tub was the main attraction for us and it was lovely! They had so many towels available for use, more than you see at hotel even, which I definitely appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we plan another trip to visit New River Gorge National Park!
