This home is walking distance to all of Franklin's downtown shopping, downtown restaurants, amphitheater, public pool, parks, Franklin College, Artcraft theatre, and SO MUCH MORE!!!
An added bonus.... many of the items in the home are up for grabs as a local shop, Eclectic Jade, did much of the decorating. Enjoy the option to purchase a custom-made rancher hat or take home The Gypsy Inn's scent with you. The amazing scent?!?!... oh that just our Sweet Grace line carried a few blocks down the street at Eclectic Jade.

Summary: This house is so cute! Every corner is decorated perfectly. Its location is easily walkable to several downtown restaurants. Marissa was extremely helpful when there was a glitch in the vrbo site and worked to communicate directly with quick responses.

Summary: The property was clean, and everything (including the silverware!) was available for our needs. Franklin is a nice small town, and we were able to walk to shops/restaurants. We were near Indy without being in the Indy 500 crowds, as we were there for a family wedding. The mattresses were very comfortable. We used the coat rack for our towels, as hanging space is limited. It was a great place for us.

Summary: This eclectic little property was the perfect stay for a weekend girls getaway! We were looking for something near brown county but this was much more affordable and Franklin had so many shops to explore we didn’t even go into brown county! I can’t get over how cute this place was. The colors are so bright and cheery. First thing I did was put on a record and I didn’t think much of the record player when I booked the place but it does make it really fun. Everything is well stocked. The beds are comfy and sheets and towels all clean and smelled fresh. Even the house smelt nice! Check in was easy, just a code for the door. Check out was even easier as we didn’t get any checkout requests (like taking out the trash). We walked from the place to the shops and to dinner. It is so close and such a nice walk with pretty houses to look at. The hot tub was nice but it was just a blow-up one with no seats or jets. We still used it and the temperature was good. Would definitely recommend!
