Completely renovated 50’s cottage that gives you character & charm coupled with modern amenities to include granite counters & stainless appliances. New shaker style cabinets, a breakfast bar and character enhancing ceiling beams. From the welcoming front porch, the living room greets you with a large chandelier anchored to the vaulted ceiling. The master has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has custom built bunk beds; sleeps 4. The cottage is only 5 minutes to downtown historic Clayton. Outside there is a firepit and a covered area under the carport for grilling on the propane gas BBQ grill. There is ample parking in driveway and across the street in front of the house.

Summary: This place was lovely, extremely quiet, exactly as advertised, and very very clean and neat. Loved the front porch and wooded view across the street. I decided backing slowly into the driveway was the best option--take it slow because the driveway is a bit narrow. 4-5 steps to get onto the front porch. Lovely town and Lovely home.

Summary: The location is wonderful, close to the market, downtown, tons of food options. The home was very clean and equipped with everything needed. We enjoyed our time there. That being said, we did feel the owner was not very Friendly. Weeks before arriving, she messaged me about ensuring my children

Summary: Perfect location for motorcycle riders doing the new Chattahoochee BDRX look. Property is less than a mile to the center of Clayton, which has some great restaurants and shops. The house is also only a few miles from the Georgia Adventure Off-Road trail. The home was super clean and worked out great for us. Tanya is an excellent host!
