Positive: It was quiet and peaceful, right by the river. It was surrounded by nature, as expected. Kitchen would keep open to make sure we have dinner.

Negative: A lot of mosquitoes in the dining area. Bug spray/band/patches does not work.

Positive: Cozy wood cabins located in a beautiful place. The scenery is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. The best part is that the property is a part of an organization that helps children from the nearby villages, so all the income goes back to the community.

Negative: Because of the location near the jungle, the town and the rooms have a lot of bugs and insects, which could be a disturbance.

Positive: I loved the rustic natural setting of Hot Coffee. You can lay in bed and listen to nature. The staff are wonderful gentle people and nothing is too much trouble. I love how they get on with their lives while running the business. They have a great life balance. The self serve drinks is an excellent idea as I would feel guilty keeping them there just to serve us a beer. There's a fridge in the room should you need one and also a jug and fan. We had a swim in the river which was great fun. My hair has never softer.
