Positive: The location was perfect! We walked, biked, or uber'd everywhere. When we had a minor issue, the host fixed it promptly. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was well appointed.

Positive: The place was beautiful, organized and cozy. All the comforts of home which is such a wonderful thing, especially when you’re traveling with young children. The neighborhood was wonderful and the private parking area was a huge plus!

Negative: I’d never used a hatch thermostat before and I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat. There may have been directions somewhere that I didn’t read, on how to operate it. I finally figured it out an hour or so before checkout. Maybe next time, the cleaning staff could turn the heat on if they know someone will be checking in shortly? Otherwise everything was perfect.

Summary: All of the comforts of home! Our 4 year old loved the chalk wall!
