Positive: Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. Great outdoor seating area and small kitchen - yes it overlooks a noisy road but still good views of mountains behind. The noise didn't stop us from sleeping well.

Positive: Really clean nice kitchen but that city was noisy and dirty. But the room was great with ac TV and wifi . Beds a bit hard nice common space and free coffee.

Negative: Pretty hot and dirty city. Much bigger than I expected but close to the hot springs.

Positive: STAFF WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL SPECIALLY EDWIN WAITED FOR ME AND TOOK ME TO THE PARKING LOT, THE NICE AND SMILING LADY MORNING' STAFF WENDY MADE ME A FRESH COFFEE AND WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE I LOVE THIS PLACE FOR SURE I'M COMING BACK.

Positive: The hotel appears fairly new and is well maintained. The room was spacious. The bathroom was small, with good water pressure but no hot water available. The mattress was firm, while the pillows were softer than I prefer. Service was fine, but I missed the detail about needing to order breakfast the day before—likely due to my limited Spanish. The hostel is located on the first floor, above a barber shop, so look for that and head upstairs. Guests can use the kitchen, and from the first floor there’s a nice view of the distant mountains. During the rainy season, the covered outdoor seating area is a great spot to watch spectacular thunder and lightning storms. However, being close to major roads means there is a lot of traffic noise.
