Positive: room was spacious with a small balcony and a toilet and shower with good space as well as. Not cramped . It was clean .

Negative: Service is similar to an airbnb , which is almost no reception, no food outlet etc . When we arrived I saw 2 teenagers going out , I think they are kids of the ones who run the place . It took a while for someone to open and assist us to check in . Room was clean and good sized . Outside our room it was dark and even the reception area was a little dark . Communication is also not very easy . . . I was charged double by Booking app and I just messaged her to ask about it . And her response had several exclamation points. I’m still processing a claim now directly with this app.
